It will typically take us from two to four hours to perform a home inspection and record all of the inspection findings in the report. We encourage every client to participate in the inspection. This gives the client time to get familiar with the home, locate all major components, and ask any questions they may have. The inspection report is printed on site, so the client does not have to wait to learn the findings. We take the time to discuss all of the findings completely, and will address any concerns and answer all questions that the client may have.
